the exact date of activation of this phone.?

I want to know the exact date of activation of this phone. Because in our country, the price of activated and nonactivated phones is different.   I bought this phone on April 16, 2022. 

So I want to know if this phone was activated and unlocked before April 16, 2022 or not.?
