Reset password , doesnt have wifi

recently i forgot mu mac air login password . I try to restart and using apple id . But the system say i have problem with the wifi connection

the problem is i cant found my wifi button:)

cannot reset password on macbook airusing any method listed, i have a MacBook air that has not been used in a year. don't know the password, our Wi-Fi has changed and i can't log on with apple id. command R is not working. and I can't get to change Wi-Fi settings. i also entered password three or more time and don't get any other option to change password.

I forgot my MacBook Air password I have a MacBook Air and I have not turned it on since I change internet provider and I forgot my computer password. I purchased a ethernet adapter but when I connect it, it shows that there is not internet connection. I am guessing it does not recognize the new internet service. What are my resolution. I tried to make an appointment via online with the Genius Bar but I cannot see where they are allowing you to do so. I guess I will walk in. I tried doing a telephone call but she had the same issue as I discussed above. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

There is no hardware wifi button on Macs. You use the icon in the menu upper right to turn it on and off.

Once booted, turn it off, wait a few seconds and turn it back on. That's seem to force a connection.
