My iphone 7 is not performing as expected... its wifi , bluetooth and hotspot is not working ... and i am unable to update my iphone .. and there is no option available to restore my iphone

Have you tried using iTunes on a computer or Finder if running Catalina or later to do the update?
Update software on iOS devices in iTunes on Mac. -

And what's the Maximum Capacity % here?...
Settings > Battery > Battery Health
...And is there an "Important Battery Message" there? [Ref: Apple]
