I'm trying to back up my iPhone 11 on my MacBook Pro (Monterey 12.3.1) using Finder. It tells me it can't perform the backup because the backup is corrupt. But, there are no old backups. I've never backed up this iPhone on this computer. I'm not using iTunes. How to proceed?
