Can't start my macbook

My macbook can't start when i put battery but can start whith direct plug. Already check battery is okay. Anybody can help?

macbook air will not start My macbook air 13" (mid 2012) will not start. It was working fine and suddenly yesterday would not power up. I have it connected to mains supply and the battery is only 2 months old. I have tried a few suggestions from the apple website but cannot get the macbook to start up. Try the following:

▷ Update macOS.

▷ Try Safe Mode.

▷ Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac.

If that does not help, then get expert service and support at the Genius Bar.

Which exact model is your MacBook? Is this battery the original one that came with this notebook? What exactly happens when you try starting it up on battery power only? What have you tried, so far yourself, to resolve this issue?
