Little green specks on iPhone 12 display.

Why did my parents iPhone 12 have the same problem? There are little green specks on the top left corners on both of their phones. There is no damage to the screen and no water damage at all. They seem to be a display issue and it’s just weird that they both have it it the exact same spot.
