Music Apple ID

I have a different Music Apple ID on my iPad, I unsubscribe but cannot find anywhere to subscribe with a new Apple ID, it automatically came up with the old id.

The iPad Apple ID is the one I want to use. I tried many times to change my Apple ID in Music but it just didn't work.
