Apple Taiwan lousy service

I have ordered a Mac Book Pro 14 Inches on February 8th 2022. I was first told that I had to wait between March 26th to April 3th to get my computer. I though it was a long time but Said ok. When the date approached I got an email from Apple that simply said, without any explanation, that the delivery of my order was again postponed for another 4 weeks. I wasn't of course very happy but I said ok. When this second date approached I have another similar email that now put the delivery of my computer between June 18th to July first. I think this is far too much. Again no explanation given. I have tried to contact someone at Taiwan apple for explanation but is almost impossible to get to talk to someone at Apple in Taiwan. Eventually I managed to get hold on someone through an Apple global number. All this cost me a half a day. In the end their excuse was because of the Epidemic in China. I must say that when I first order my computer there wasn't any serious epidemic in China. Now Covid 19 has become the excuse for every shortcoming. But if you order an apple computer in the States you do not need to wait that long. So Taiwan seems to be a B class country for that. This despite we are nearer China where it seems now obvious all Apple computer come from. I feel greatly disappointed. I have bought at least 8 Apple computers in my life, without counting iPhone, iPads, iPods. I think Apple owe me more than an explanation.
