when I changed the password for Apple ID, I chose to log out of all devices. My watch (series 6, updated iOS) prompted me but ONLY ALLOWED SCRIBBLE. I could not select a keyboard and no matter how BIG my S was, it defaulted to s. Same for p. The solution is once you scribble s, tap on the letter (password field) and a green circle will appear around the s. Now you can use your crown (turn) to scroll to the Cap S. Pain in the arse. Work around: change password to NOT include a Cap S or P.
