The current wifi network from this iPhone cannot be used to set up your HomePod. What is mean ?

Your Wi-Fi router needs to be set up with WPA/WPA2 wireless security and with any client/access point/wireless isolation/security feature turned off. In addition you need to disable private address mode for your iPhone on this network. See Use private Wi-Fi addresses on iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Apple Watch - Apple Support.
