Mac password not working?

All of a sudden my Mac password isn’t working and recovery key is not working not sure what to do?

I have also tried the recovery login mode and the recovery saids my password is correct. But I just still cannot login into my Mac in normal mode. *I cannot login the Mac so I cannot use EtreCheck* Does this happen when Mac is being attacked by Malware and what should I do next?
