All my app notification such as Whatsapp and Telegram unable to display on Lock Screen, banner or on-app, even after I perform “Reset All Settings”.

Yup, Solved the notification problem. I reinstalled all my apps.
[Note for future people who happen the same thing: Remember to backup your Whatsapp, or else all chat history will gone after delete]
