You can certainly tell us you’ve been charged twice for some purchase, but:


1: WE ARE OTHER USERS LIKE YOU, AND NOT PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR APPLE.


2: WE CANNOT RESOLVE NOR REFUND A DOUBLE CHARGE.


3: YOU WILL NEED TO DISCUSS THIS DOUBLE CHARGE DIRECTLY WITH APPLE.

Apple does not ship purchases internationally, so you will want to confirm whether there was a payment deducted from your account. If there was a deduction, chat with Apple Support. Use the Support link in the lower left corner of this webpage. If there was no payment deducted, it would appear the shipment was blocked.


Per Apple NZ: The Apple Online Store New Zealand sells and ships items only within New Zealand. You may not export any products purchased at the online Apple Store. The Apple Store sells and ships products to end user customers only. Notwithstanding order confirmation Apple may cancel any order where it has reasonable grounds to believe the product is not being purchased for end use.

An iPhone will heat up from heavy graphics usage and display backlight usage, and from networking usage too if streaming, so the question then becomes “how much?” and “why?”.


Particularly if the iPhone goes into thermal shutdown, that can indicate high ambient temperature, or potentially a battery or other hardware problem.
