Adding my Hawaii drivers license to Apple wallet

I have an iPhone SE I purchased in 2020. It has the lastest update but I can't add my Hawaii drivers license to Apple wallet. I only see Arizona as a choice. Is popossible to add it on my SE?

It looks there are only 3 states that allow Driver’s License in Apple Wallet, at least there’s only 3 that show up for me when I try to add mine. Is it possible to use this feature with a Pennsylvania license? Can a Pennsylvania License be stored in Apple Wallet?

Can Florida License be added to Apple Wallet? Can Florida Drivers License be added to Wallet?

At this time, no. Arizona is the only state so far.
