drivers license on apple wallet

Hi, I have questions about Uploading driver's License on iPhone. when I open Apple Wallet and push + button, I showed a list of things that was possible to add on Apple Wallet, and one was driver's license and State ID. I thought that would be cool to keep my Hawaii State Driver's license. It said "Arizona Driver's License" when I tapped the button in apple wallet on my iPhone. I immediately thought that only Arizona Driver's license was allowed to add. Is it true that only Arizona Driver's license is now allowed to be added on apple wallet but Hawaii Driver's license?
