Video not working in any app

All of a sudden I can’t play video on my iPhone. When I touch play I just get the spinning circle. Then eventually am error message from the app I’m in. I’ve tried prime video, Hulu, some other tv apps, even You Tube. I installed iOS 15.4.1 about a week ago but this just happened as of yesterday

Found the problem . My WiFi was working ok; I was able to surf the Internet (and arrive here for example) while I was experiencing the no-play-video, but when I disconnected my Apple In-Lightning Jack earbuds everything worked fine. So now I want to find out why this was! I think it would be less confusing if I start another thread focused on why my film files or streaming only work if I don’t have wire-connected earbuds on. Which actually makes the earbuds barely useful)

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
