Hi , this is Apple’s support page for service programs Apple Service Programmes - Apple Support there seems to be only one issue with the iPhone X but that relates to the screen.
If you are having charging issues using the lighting cable , look in the lighting port for debris. With the iPhone switched off try dislodge any debris in the port using a soft brush or carefully use a tooth pick.
