You can't obtain the ISO directly from Microsoft, except through Insider Preview, and I would avoid that. If you select "New" in Parallels, you see the following:

Select "Get Windows 11 from Microsoft" and the ISO is downloaded. I am told this does not come directly from Microsoft but from Parallels, and it is described as a "Retail-OEM" version. It will request activation after a short time, no problem if you have a valid key. Has been working for me since the release in November 2021, but make sure everything works well for you before you pay for anything.

I read there is no native version for mac and Windows doesn't support M1 ARM architecture

(Currently there is a dev version of Windows ARM edition, but it's not approved for use on M1 yet)

one option could be setting up a virtual machine via a software like Parallels if you really need the windows environment. I'm not sure you would need the ISO for windows but if you do you can download from the Microsoft website, think windows 11 is the only one with a direct download w/o a tool, activation isn't necessary but if you have a key and an ISO ready go ahead.
