"Export to PDF" menu greyed out in Preview after upgrade to Monterey

After I upgrade my system to Monterey on my MacBook Pro, I have a problem with "Preview".

The "Export to PDF" function is greyed out. This is huge inconvenience.

My clients send scanned pdf documents in different sizes. I open the doc with Preview, and "Export to PDF" , the pages in the documents are converted to letter size automatically, or as I define them in the menu.

Now that the menu is greyed out. I don't know what to do. It takes a lot of hassle and I cannot fix it.

Please give back the "Export as PDF" function.

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 12.3

Same information though now variable per Luis's mention. Same closing shortcut (cmd+w), and different screen location.

The opt+cmd+i became a habit of mine when in older releases of macOS, the Get Info panel would submarine below Safari in the upper-left screen. The opt+cmd+i shortcut avoids that location by opening the panel center screen, though now, the regular Get Info appears above Safari.
