Changing App Store password

Changed my Apple ID after my phone was hacked but can’t update apps because it’s still on hacked email and don’t know password. How do I change to my new apple id

Apps are asking for my old Apple ID password my old Apple id ( email ) got hacked. I had to create a new email and Apple ID. I did that. my IPhone shows the new Apple ID. However when I try to update an app or download an app it tells me to put in my password for my old Apple ID. Which I do not understand bc even now when I got on Apple for help it immediately pulled up my new Apple ID. how do I fix this? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
