Trade in Kit

Hi there, recently l received my new iPhone (10 days ago) but not the trade in Kit and l need to send it soon. Can you help me?

If you never received the Trade-In kit, you should contact Apple Support (Official Apple Support) and explain to them your situation.

I didn't received any trade in kit Hi. I was supposed that I get a trade-in kit when I ordered my new iphone 13mini. But, I got them on 4/22/2022 without the kit.
