Can’t update to 15.4.1 even though connected to wifi..

i am connected to my home wifi, but when I try to update to latest ios 15.4.1 the download and install is greyed out and says I need to connect to wifi, but I already am, it’s as if the iPhone thinks I’m on mobile data..(attached photo) anyone know why this is??

Try to optimize the range of the mobile network, see this Apple article:

If you need help with your Wi‑Fi password

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
