will our iphone give us another chance after 24 hours to try to unlock our phone after it goes into iphone unavailable

Hello,

My iPhone went into the iPhone Unavailable mode after being locked out. I just had a major Passcode blackout to be honest and my mistake was that I kept trying for about 10 times until it became locked out/ iPhone Unavailable after 10 attempts. I understand that it locked out after some attempts for security purposes but it's a genuine concern now for me being the actual user of the device. I'm wondering if it will offer me another chance after 24 hours because I have so many pictures from the latter part of 2021 till current date, May 1st, 2022 which I haven't backed up hence it would be very kind and considerate of Apple to give me another chance to unlock my phone or reset the Unlocking Passcode through email communication. I really don't want to go through "Erase iPhone". I'm happy to provide all my identification details including my Emirates ID etc plus my Apple ID & Password and where my device was purchased from and anything else required. My only request is to somehow help me out here so that I don't have to erase my iPhone which will erase countless precious memories.
