Itunes stuck at verifying updated iphone software

It has been 30minutes. I have been freaking out. Wasn't able to update through phone says no internet connection. Now this is stuck. Someone help me out.

Updating a Stuck iPhone:


Force restart, then proceed with the update though use of an iPhone-to-Mac connection...


Back Up First:

IMPORTANT: If you have an option to update, however, then be certain you backup your iPhone first. That way, you will have something to restore your iPhone from should anything go wrong with the update


then...


Proceed with the Update:
