I tried to change my email address, but when I added the new email address the old one became a problem it can’t be removed and when check "iMessage and FaceTime settings" there’s nothing interesting there because I don’t use them.
Have you signed out of Settings/Messages and Settings/FaceTime? Gone to You can be reached at and unchecked anything that had to do with the old email address?
