No Notification section in Mail app

I have a XR and operating 15.4.1. I wasn’t receiving any incoming calls and had to reset my settings which enabled my calls. However I now cannot get any notifications for Mail. When I go to the Mail app in settings, there’s not an option for notifications; meaning there’s not button, toggle, word - anything. Under “Siri & Search” there’s only “Cellular Data”. The option for Notifications isn’t listed.

I have reset settings twice and restarted my phone many times. How do I get that to appear so I can configure my notification settings?

Settings > Notifications > Mail > Immediate Delivery [Tick]
