Iphone stuck in groups under contacts

How do I get my iPhone out of groups and back into all contacts? iPhone is stuck in groups under contacts. I have turned phone on and off I have reset twice it is still stuck under groups. Any ideas? Thanks!

iPhone contacts stuck in Lists Updated to 16.1 and now had two problems. 1. Calendar wouldn't refresh. Had to delete and resubscribe. Contacts are stuck in Lists. Cannot get back to accessing all my addresses. Have shut phone off and on twice.

Where might your contacts be housed?

Check Settings > Contacts > Accounts
