what is a good source to learn to complete formulas (math) in numbers?

In the menu you can find helpful descriptions at Help > Numbers Help and Help > Formulas and Functions Help.
Instead of typing out the whole formula, let Numbers do a lot of the work for you by filling in the references when you click the relevant cells and ranges.
Also be sure to check out the formulas in the templates at File > New in the menu.
If you learn better by viewing rather than reading then macmost.com has some good instructional videos. Just go to the site and search for Numbers.
And keep in mind that most (but not all) Numbers functions behave the same in Excel so you can often do a search online and what explanations for Excel will also also work in Numbers.
