Why my family sharing doesn’t work

I purchased a family subscription for Apple Music and i created a family sharing but the members of my plan don't have access

which is weird because it used to work before but for no reason they stopped having access to my family subscriptions and now I’ve been trying to get them to have access again and it does not work

You seem to have done all the right things. Check that purchase sharing is still active and then contact Apple Support.
