iPhone 13 Pro Max audio distorted in videos

My iPhone 13 Pro Max is out of the box for two weeks and last night, video recording in both Cinematic and regular ole mode (HDR) the sound in 14 videos (none longer than 2:10) is nothing more than a weird high-pitched kind of whistle or distorted noise. I was filming aerialists that were performing to 80s hits in a crazy fun outdoor show. They were performing to Annie Lennox, Phil Collins, MJ, etc. Today I was able to record my nephew speaking with no problem but I haven’t tried to record any video that has music playing in the background. If you have a hearing or sound issue on your device then please try some of these processes to set it right

If the above options do not mitigate the issues then Contact your carrier and then Contact Apple Support
