Random shutdowns and only works when plugged in what happens water damage ? If so what do I do?

- Resolving a Random Shutdowns:
Seems you may be stuck in a Boot Loop. This typically occurs when you were updating something, and it was unsuccessful. So, to fix this, use my User Tip: How to Fix an iPhone in a Boot Loop - User Tip
- Extracting Water Damage:
The only inexpensive way I can think of(an it will cost money) is to take it to a retailer, seeing if they have a device that gets the water out of a phone. Retailers have these.
