Please help. Voice Over will NOT turn off.

My voice over will not turn off. I've deselected it in the accessibility menu. I've tried turning off via SIRI. I've done a full reset of my Apple TV. I have the latest OS. NOTHING makes it turn off. It has taken over my TV, it even keeps doing voice over when in cable. I don't even know how it started.

Please help. BTW, it is not voice description, the issue is voice over.

Voice Commentary .Turned On Can't Get It to Stop! Was setting up new Apple Black Box (Hockey Puck) this morning. Evidently turned some Voice Over on that describes everything on screen and any actions you take! All I want to do is go into my Apple TV Setup Screen and turn this off. It sounds like an aid for computer users who aren't sighted, or, are physically disadvantaged in some way. Any directions appreciated!

If you did as described in the support document, and the function doesn’t turn off/stay off, then contact the Apple Support staff for assistance.

Possibly you mean Audio Descriptions instead of VoiceOver.

VoiceOver: screen reader for navigation: Turn VoiceOver on or off on your Apple TV - Apple Support

Audio Descriptions: separate audio track for content, with scene descriptive narrator. Use audio descriptions on Apple TV - Apple Support
