Refund

Could I get a refund on a unauthorized app content purchase?I had to use the restroom quickly and left my phone the table on with dragon city open and one of my siblings got a hold of it.They already play it so they are familiar with it and they started buying things thank god I don’t have my banking card connected to my phone at the time and I only had a visa gift card I recently got.I was wondering if I could get a refund for the things that where purchased.
