Airpods Max Headband Issue

I had my AirPods Max for nearly 8 months now, however recently the headband started to show numerous small white strands, coming out through the weave of the headband's fabric. I am unsure what it is, its removal has now caused the headband to deform. Please help me out on the necessary steps i must take

AirPods Pro White Noise / Crackling When I take my AirPods out of the case and put them in my ears, I get white noise crackling (especially in the right one) for maybe 2-6 seconds and then it clears. Airpods not assembled properly. Hurting my ear. my airpods seem to have not been assembled rightly. there is an edge at the joining of the two pieces of the left airpod. This is hurting my ears and I can’t wear it for for than 4-5 mins. i brought these 20 days ago. can i get it replaced? airpods gen 2
