Airpods not assembled properly. Hurting my ear.

my airpods seem to have not been assembled rightly. there is an edge at the joining of the two pieces of the left airpod. This is hurting my ears and I can’t wear it for for than 4-5 mins. i brought these 20 days ago. can i get it replaced?

I've seen many posts about this issue but haven't seen any solutions.

AirPods Second Generation No Sound/Low Sound Had airpod left airpod replaced over 6 months ago because ever since purchasing the AirPods they have not been very loud. We thought it was because it was connected to an iPad 2 generation but when we got our daughter the iPhone 11 the AirPods had same issue. Low sound. We got the left airpod replaced as it had no sound and the sound only came out the side speaker/mic area. Rather odd. Now the right airpod has same issue. Actually, both of the AirPods have low sound. The only way to hear the music is if you have inserted in the ear and turn them to where the stem is horizontal (to the ground) to hear sound. It seems like the sound is coming out from another area. No blocking of the ear piece. Any suggestions? Paired and unpaired to the same device. Paired and unpaired AirPods to another iPhone. Paired to Apple TV same issue. Low sound. Is there a way to get replaced. Seems like pretty expensive to get both replaced at $69 each. Any other tips to get sound to play. No physical damage, or liquid damage to the AirPods unless you count working out.(sweating).
