AirPods have not been working correctly

my airpods have been not cooperating lately . i connected them to my macbook one night and clicked on safari , when i did i heard a loud loud noise , it lasted a few seconds , when i took them out i waited a bit , disconnected them and when i tried to listen to it the left one doesn’t work on my computer only my phone . it’s also more quiet than the right one . is there anything i can do , or would i have to go to an apple near me ?

At this point your best option may be to make an appointment at the Genius Bar in an Apple Store near you and let them look at them. If that is not possible, usr]e the online Apple Support. Either way:
