Monterey update Notifications when I'm already on Ventura I have macOS Ventura 13.3.1 installed and running on my 2019 iMac but at least once a week I have a notification reminding me to update to the latest version of Monterey. I've tried everything to stop the notifications and I cannot find any way of stopping them. Has anyone encountered the same or have a solution?

Mysterious Generic notifcation "Update Available Title"? I have a mysterious notification that keeps popping up. It says "Update Available Title Update Available Body" I dismiss it and it appears again the next day. I've checked the App Store, System Settings and my commonly used programs, and I don't see anything with an update pending. Is there a way to look under the hood and see what program may have triggered this notifcation? Running on a 16 inch Intel Macbook Pro macOS 13.1 Ventura

Is this in a Browser? If so which one?

Check Sys Prefs>Notifications too.
