Why does my watch zoom out and unless I reboot it won't go back to standard font? Any suggestion?

In the watch app on the phone;
Tap on accessibility and turn off zoom.
In the watch app on the phone;

there are times when my watch zooms out and I have to reboot it to get it back to normal font. Is something wrong with the watch itself or an option to stop this from happening?
