charger got wet

Hi,

So I accidentally spilled sprite on my MacBook Pro 13" charger yesterday. I immediately unplugged it and dried it and had it air dry overnight. There seems to have been no damage by it and I am using it right now and it is working well. Should I be concerned? Nothing got into the charger ports and the USB-c was plugged into the power adapter and there was little to no water that spilled on that part. It is also not overheating. But I wanted to see what was recommended - do I purchase another one or do I continue using this one?
