Sim swapping victim

I finally figured out why for 2 years I’ve consistently lost numbers and accounts. Can anyone please tell me how I can stop this cycle it’s been almost 2 phones a month for the last 6 months. Someone managed to transfer data from my last android ( it was infested with malware and viruses. Please help.

I’ve only been using this iPhone se for a week at the most. Can’t make it receive calls etc…. One more thing it seems to be coming through our Internet provider using boy friends windows if that’s even possible
