couple of days ago while I was having a FaceTime with my friend my phone service totally went down. The SIM card work on another phone and my iPhone doesn’t say anything about that there is no sim or whatsoever. What I’m scared of that it might be something to do with the software since I’ve never dropped my phone and it’s quite new. Do you have any idea can I do something about it before I get it fixed since they said it’s around 600 euros.

I’ve tried other SIM cards in my phone and it’s not working. Also my own sim works perfectly in another phone.
I bought it almost two years ago.
Before spending money, get a new sim from your wireless provider
to see if that corrects the problem.
How new is quite new? Is it still covered by warranty?
