Damaged phone frame

Does AppleCare+ cover if the body/frame of the iPhone 12 gets scratched? Could they replace it as well?

A scratch is generally considered cosmetic damage and it not covered under AppleCare+. Apple will not repair/replace an iPhone with cosmetic damage.

iPhone 13 Pro back glass cracked. Does Apple repair my phone or replace it? Dropped my iPhone 13 Pro and the back glass shattered. I have applecare and just scheduled a genius bar appointment. My question is do they repair it by replacing just the back glass or do they replace the entire phone? If they repair, any idea on how long that takes?
