I have access to family sharing, apple tv and arcade are working except apple music even my whole family has access to it without any problems.

Assuming you and the Family Organizer followed all the steps in:

You might be able to fix your issue by turning Sync Library off for all of your devices, then turning it back on again. Learn how.
