iPhone cliche with Avatar Background!

So frustrating… I posted an avatar birthday wish to someone yesterday. Since then, every post I create, this stupid birthday background comes up. There is no “pop up background choice” option .. it’s gone! “When adding to post” even background color does nothing. I have no option to change background, I have deleted my avatar entirely. I have tried to post on FB on my desktop, no problem! This is happening on my iphone13 only!

Wow .. no one here reviews the question properly 🤷‍♀️ No, not FB … no, not Instagram … this cliche was specific to this device. Not an issue on my Mac or iPad. So a cliche with iPhone 13 …. It resolved itself, somehow overnight when I did my reg maintenance, iCloud back up etc.
