The Apple TV app on my roku tv ( not Apple TV unit) has turned all colors into a super colored rainbow. Best way I can explain. Everything online refers to the Apple TV unit and options I don’t have. All other apps work fine. How to fix it?

Does this happen with all shows and movies you try to watch or only specific content? Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app and restarting your Roku device? There is no hdmi cable and no Apple TV unit. This is an app that came with the Roku tv.

I take it from your response you don’t have a ready solution. The TV came with the app installed. I will have to investigate how to delete and reinstall. It is most shows but not all. The knly one that I saw that worked was an Oprah interview. I did go into settings and choose SD only thinking it was 4k content, but that didn’t work.
One more thing. It appears I have version 9.0 build 105.
Did you try disconnecting the HDMI cable, then switching the ends between the TV and the Apple TV?
