I signed up and got billed over $54 for Apple TV that I never even got to utilize nor figure it out how to even set it up is there anyway I can get refunded considering I never got it to work

I signed up for Apple TV mainly because of the promotional aspects but I never got it to work and never utilized one moment of it.

i’m sure you can verify this someway/somehow by getting billed over $50 for something I could not even set up and spent hours trying to do so I just want my money back and mainly to make sure after spending another hour going through Settings to try to cancel to make sure I did not receive another bill/statement .

I was very disappointed not only that my money was wasted but hours of my time please help as I have used nothing but apple products and could not figure this out for the life of me

The charge may be for something else than Apple TV+. The bank statement will list the merchant, but not the product or service. If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support
To see the details of the charge, including the product or service, you’ll want to have a look at the purchase history. View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and other Apple media services - Apple Support
To see what you are subscribed to, see you subscriptions overview - Apple
To cancel any subscription through Apple that you no longer want, learn how to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support. Find the subscription, click Cancel, confirm, done.
If after that, you want to dispute any of the charges, then contact Apple. Subscriptions and Billing - Official Apple Support
and if needed: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
