If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.

To get a refund go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ and sign in with your Apple ID, then follow the provided instructions.
Generally the only time you’ll be charged for a cancelled subscription is if it’s cancelled less than 24 hours before the renewal date.
