Refund

Hello, I need help on trying to get a refund because I accidentally forgot to cancel subscription on my apple tv. And then when I looked on my credits, it’s already deducted. And less than an hour I instantly cancel my subscription and I go to “my subscription” and saw this. What does this mean? And can I still get a refund from this?

Hi! I am trying to get a refund for the charge for Apple TV on the 11th. I was trying to start the 7 day free trial but I do not want to be charged. Ive go through that second link but I haven’t found any apple tv to ask for a refund.
