Troubleshooting a Lost iPhone

No.  Find My can only be enabled directly on the iPhone. It cannot be enabled elsewhere.

So, what to Try:

• Dial it: See if it is heard ring

• Ask Local Authorities: See if it has be hanged over.

• Text It: Ask whomever has come across it, to contact you.

• Ask Someone: See if someone you know (i.e. Friend, or Family Member) if that came across it.

• Backtrack your Locations: If you are at a Coffee shop, or a library, stop by and see if it was safely placed asside.

About Apple Tracking your iPhone:

No. Loss of an item is not Apple's responsibility. This is something you would have aggress to, upon open an Apple Account. So, use the tips I mentioned in my first reply.

Find My:

If Find My is enabled, then it will show up at the last location it was assigned an IP Address. So, being powered off, you may never see it again.
