Lost 30k ₹ to amazon’s iPad fraud - How to track it with S. NO.

Hello buddies,

I had ordered iPad 9th gen in amazon but when I got the package, iPad was not present in it. I have video proof in front of delivery guy still they aren’t providing refund.

Now my question is I HAVE SERIAL NUMBER MENTIONED IN INVOICE COPY , CAN I USE THIS TO FIND WHOM ACTUALLY THEY DELIVERED IT? SINCE I DIDN’T GET IT FOR SURE THEY WILL DELIVER IT TO OTHER CUSTOMER.

please throw some insights on this.
